I’m too busy to exercise

People need to realise that they only need to do only 30 minutes a day of heart raising exercise for better health.


A way to break this barrier is to write a timetable to set out their day and factor in this 30 minutes. It helps when you can see how your day looks on paper; you’ll find gaps you didn’t know you had!
